From the first messages where MJ outlined the process to the first appointment where we ran through what alterations and options were needed, to the day of service and arrangements for wedding dress cleaning after the big day, MJ has polite, kind and professional.

I had four alteration appointments and at each one MJ went through what she had done and what was planned for the next stage, each of these were enjoyable and full of fun and chatter.

I also made use of MJ’s day of service which was a godsend as it meant I didn’t have to worry about trying to steam dresses before and the whole bridal party could just enjoy the process of getting ready.
